Sweat En4mation Boot Camp is a fitness boot camp that is designed to help whip your mind and body into shape. The class is an hour long and the first fifteen minutes are spent preparing your mind and body for the workout with meditation and stretching. Each workout routine that i implemented has been tested for its affect on the body so that we can ensure maximum results and fun so that everyone enjoys their workout and the class. We want everyone who takes our class to feel the change as soon as they walk away.
Our classes always range in variety. So you never have to worry about your body getting used to a routine and always achieve maximum results. All routines are fun, intense, and designed to get the most out of clients and to make sure that you get the best possible workout.
